Privacy Policy

This document sets out the privacy policy of MARTIN RAGNAR WOLLIN ABN 19 011 431 677 operating under the business name PERFORMANCE HEALTH MANAGEMENT (referred to in these terms and conditions as ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’).

If you consent, your sensitive information may only be used and disclosed for purposes relating to providing you with our services and/or referring you to medical or health service providers in circumstances where we cannot assist you and/or obtain your consent.

You, or your child’s sensitive information may also be used or disclosed to comply with our legal obligations.
